Our facility utilizes a vast array of High-Tech equipment to help position us as leaders in the Structural Steel & Plate Fabrication industry.
This accurate and reliable machine, with a capacity of 3/4” thick material up to 5’ x 10’, allows for fast processing by way of a high–power, computer controlled laser and automated sheet loading and unloading feature.
Precise and consistent, computer controlled bending, with a capacity of 13’ x 200 tons, is achieved by an in-process angle monitoring system, which ensures the accuracy of each bend.
This rigidly constructed machine uses a computer controlled jet of hot plasma to cut heavy plate, up to 2 1/2” thick, and process large areas, up to 10’ x 20’.
Powerful, computer controlled punches and shear enable the quick and accurate processing of various sizes of angles in a single pass and has a capacity for angles up to 6”x6”x3/8”.
